Rob took
Sydnee on a date a little while back to see a performance of "Annie".

In preparation he was showing her some videos of Annie songs on
youtube...I thought to myself... I can do so much better then that. So I busted out a video of my 1st grade talent show, when I was 6, of me singing a song from Annie and showing off my unbelievable gymnastic skills! The kids really got a kick out of it especially because I was Gabe's age when I did this. I showed this to Rob when we were engaged and I think that is what sealed the deal for him on wanting to marry me. Ha! Please be warned:you may get a little dizzy watching the second part of this. One, due to the fact that it is a video of a video from 1985 and two, due to the 50 something cartwheels, handsprings and round-offs I do in this!
My performing days ended here....
I had to split it up in 2 videos...all you miss is me taking off my wig and apron thing im wearing...

oh my goodness you had to be SOOOOO dizzy after that! you have a great voice. So cute.
Oh my goodness. The flips never end! That's the funniest part about it. You are cute as a button, right down to those stirrup pants. I want to see this side of you more often Katie.
Katie! This needs to go in America's Funniest Home Videos! HYSTERICAL! You sound like Sydnee, too. Did you stop and stretch in the middle for a break? Holy cow that made me tired...
lol!! that is a LOT Of tumbling!! ha!... Loved the stretch break!
Now I can see where Gabe gets his endless Kung Fu Panda moves from! Great job!
My stomach hurts from laughing at HOW LONG YOU KEEP FLIPPING! Did all the other kids just pack up and go home? I mean, who could top that song and all those flips?
Mary
Katie! I LOVE it! I'm so impressed. You know...I was just thinking that I'd like to have a guest performer at SSS this year, you interested?
LOL!!! That is great stuff!!
so, this video may be the cutest thing I have ever seen! I love the stretching moves in the middle of all the gymnastics!! priceless!!
Oh. My. Goodness. I had a similar performance at my Rainbow School (minus about a thousand flips), but unfortunately--I mean FORTUNATELY, the Herndons couldn't afford a video camera during my early years! Actually, you were so cute, Cianne wants to know if you still sing like that.
